3. Shipping Origin

Because NOXQZES uses third-party fulfillment providers, products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on inventory and destination.

Your package may therefore originate from a location outside the United States.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take several days to become active after shipment.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier.

NOXQZES does not intentionally advertise shipping times that we do not reasonably expect our fulfillment providers to meet.

US federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for shipping representations; if no shipping time is stated, the FTC’s rule generally uses 30 days as the default timeframe.
